Hat Hill Creek
Teazing falls lie upstream in the catchment of Hat Hill Creek.
Un-Named Creek
These waterfalls only flow after a good fall of rain. The creek
starts in the gully between Roslyn St and Twin Falls Road.
Popes Glen Creek
This small waterfall is just upstream of Horseshoe Falls. Below the
waterfall is a nice swimming hole. It has the name "The Fairy Pool".
Alternative name - Govetts Cascades

Views of the Blue Mountains and Jenolan Caves
The above photo shows this waterfall in normal conditions. Below is
a photo taken after a good fall of rain.
The photo below shows how the waterfall got its name - from the
"horseshoe" shape of the valley.
And it is possible to reach the base of the falls using the old
Jungle Track.
In the two photos below you can see Horseshoe Falls on the right and
Govetts Leap on the far left. Both waterfalls would be a very
similar height, and would be perhaps the highest in the Blue
Mountains as they are a single drop. Most other large waterfalls (eg
Katoomba Falls, Leura Falls and Wentworth Falls) have two drops with
a cascade on the half way ledge.
Alternative names - Left Hand Falls, Piguenits Falls.
These falls can be seen near the Jungle Track below Horseshoe
Falls.
This waterfall has three tiers - hence the name. It lies close to
the track from Govetts Leap to Junction Rock.
Named by Eccleston Du Faur during his October 1875 expedition.
Near the junction of the creeks, coming from the two
falls above mentioned, we visited a very beautiful cascade,
which has been christened the "Trinity Falls," at about an
hour's distance from which Mr. Piguenit intends forming a small
camp for two days, in order to sketch it. This will probably
form the gem of his portfolio, the composition being almost
perfect, and the surrounding vegetation, interspersed with
tree-ferns and birds'-nest ferns, of great beauty.
