Day 1 and 2. We started out from Farmhouse Creek after getting a lift
in with our friend Stephen Bray. Stephen walked in with us to Cutting
Camp on the first day. He then got up early and quickly climbed
Federation Peak and got back to Farmhouse Creek later the same day.
Carrying big packs, we were somewhat slower ascending Moss Ridge. We
reached Bechervais Plateau for lunch, set up camp and then climbed
Federation Peak in the late afternoon.
