Southern Reserve Walk - September 1978

Party - Tom Williams, Dave Noble. Although at Pine Valley - we met up
with local walkers - Mark Kerslake and Kim Bishop
We went up to Pine Valley and stayed in the hut. The weather was bad
during the whole walk - and we could not do too much.
Above - The Acropolis
Above - Heading up to the Acropolis. We managed to climb up to the
Pinnacle Ridge, and Tom managed to make it to the summit plateau - but
the summit pinnacle was not climbed. On the way back - we had a lot of
new snow and we could not follow our tracks.
Above - This was the only blue sky we saw on the trip. Mt Gould and the
Minotaur
