We then had a long spell of bad weather and we walked to Haven Lake
(camp) and then the Phoenix-Centaurus Ridge saddle to camp the night
after

is available nearby on the lee side)
Above - On the last day of the traverse - the weather forecast (I
carried a small radio) was for the winds to increase in strength from
"gale force" to "storm force". It was very difficult to walk across the
Crags of Andromeda. During the gusts we had to lie down and hold onto
to bushes so we didn't get blown off the range. Here we look back along
the range.

After descending we headed out via the Yo Yo Track and hitched back to
Hobart.
