Rider - Dave

I got the idea for this ride from the Audax website. I modified the route due to railway trackwork - I started from Beecroft and rode onto the M2, and then rode up Old Windsor Rode cycleway to Windsor, then along the Putty Rd and East Kurrajong Road to the Bell Rd, then down to Richmond, along the plains to Penrith. Next along the M4 and M7 to join the cycleway to Parramatta. Then along Parramatta River to Homebush Bay and home via the Cooks River Cycleway. The whole ride was 178km (and early in the day I rode another 8km to Strathfield to catch the train to Beecroft)

A Google Map of the ride can be found here
