Rob and myself decided to ride down the Six Foot Track - starting from
the Old Cemmetary in Megalong Valley.

On the track - at a high point - where it starts to leave the farms and
winds down to the Coxs River

Above - The suspension bridge on the Coxs River - about 7.5 kms from
the start. It is easier for bike riders to keep going on the (true)
left and cross on rocks near the Three Shires Campsite - 600 metres
further downstream.

We then rode up the steep hill on the other side of the river and had
lunch on top. Our distance from the starting point was a little over 12
kms. We then rode back the way we had come.

it is not too bad as the track goes up a gentle gradient for most of
the way.
