Canyoning in the Wollangambe Wilderness - 9 November 2008

The day before we had visited a nice canyon. On the Sunday we walked
further out along our ridge and visited a more remote canyon.

Above - Looking down the third abseil. It too was narrow. It looked
like you could almost climb down the log - but that proved not to be
the case. As I started abseiling and put my foot down to test it - the
log crashed to the bottom - about 4 metres below.

The canyon then flowed into a major creek. We walked upstream to a pass we had used before on a previous trip.
