Day 5
We split up this day. I went exploring a potential canyon with Chuin Nee

Above - Looking down. It certainly was a canyon.

Chuin Nee explored downstream to the next drop. But with only one rope
- we do not consider it wise to continue. Chuin Nee prussiks out and we
head back to camp. Meanwhile - Rik, John, Rob and Sarah have explored
another creek. They report a very good canyon - on the way down it (it
had 6 abseils) - they find a piece of old sling - so at least one party
had been down it before. Later that day - Chuin Nee returns with John
and Rik to complete the descent of the canyon I had looked at with
Chuin Nee. It was quite good - but fairly short. Not much longer than
what Chuin Nee had been through earlier.
Day 6
We walk back to the cars and head for home. The end of a great trip.
