Mainly Kingfisher at Wolli Creek – 24 January 2026

In the morning, I visited Wolli Creek Regional Park in order to get some more photos of the breeding Sacred Kingfishers.

On this visit, I didn’t see any visits to their nest hollow, so I assume chicks have fledged.

After this, I caught a train to Martin Place and then met Sue and Valerie at the Royal Botanic Gardens where we looking for Powerful Owls.
