Bola Creek Fungi – 4 June 2022

This was another good survey of the fungi at Bola Creek with members of The Sydney Fungal Studies Group Inc and visitors. We found a good range of fungi, including quite a few waxcaps.

Hygrocybe anomala var. anomala

I will start with some of the waxcaps we found –

Hygrocybe sp.

Hygrocybe aurantipes 

Hygrocybe astatogala 

Hygrophorus involutus

Hygrocybe austropratensis

Hygrocybe aurantiopallens

Hygrocybe sp.

Porpolomopsis lewelliniae

Hygrocybe leucogloea

Gliophorus chromolimoneus

Hygrocybe griseoramosa

Gliophorus graminicolor 

Hygrocybe lilaceolamellata

Hygrocybe sp. Perhaps Hygrocybe iropus

These ones are perhaps members of the Gliophorus psittacinus group.

Next, some Coral Fungi –

Ramariopsis sp. and Ramariopsis kunzei

Ramariopsis ramarioides

Clavulinopsis fusiformis

Clavaria zollingeri

This one has sharp flat points –

Laetiporus portenosus

Now, some of the Ascomycetes –

Microglossum viride

Plectania campylospora

Trichoglossum hirsutum

And this is probably a slime mould on leaf –
