After seem recent rain, I thought it would be worthwhile to visit Ferndale Park at Chatswood to see if any fungi or slime moulds were out.
I found a reasonable amount out – but I should have visited the area a few days earlier. What I did see was a bit dried out. Here are some of the fungi I saw –
