This was another afternoon trip to Barton Park, where I spent most of my time at Landing Lights Wetland. On recent visits to the park, I had failed to spot the currently resident Scarlet Robin. This time I finally had success. The bird flew up and perched near me.
I was also on the lookout for The Australian Spotted Crake. This visit, I heard it call, but did not see it. There were also some Brown Quails present (but not photographed).
Anyway, here are my photos –

I had just seen the Scarlet Robin when two other birdwatchers arrived, Allan and Raz. They later got a good view of it.
