Another fairly short visit to Barton Park in the afternoon. This time it was relatively quiet – no raptors. But I did spot the Australian Spotted Crake – very briefly.
The Crake suddenly appeared and paused for a second and then ran quickly into cover.
And some of the other birds –
White-faced Heron
Royal Spoonbill
Pied Stilts
Superb Fairy-wren
Rainbow Lorikeets
White-faced Heron
Red Wattlebirds
