I took part in the local bird survey along the Dulwich Hill section of The Greenway. The group meets outside Waratah Mills Light Rail Station at 7:30 am.
The morning was quite dark and gloomy, with rain threatening. This made bird photography difficult, but the conditions did not scare away the birds.

And after the survey, as usual, we headed to a local cafe for coffee and a chat.
