Valerie was keen on an outing and I suggested we visit Richmond Lowlands and then Bushells Lagoon at Wilberforce for some birding. We had a good day.

We soon spotted a hovering Black Shouldered Kite –
The Kite flew away, so I turned my camera to a Golden-headed Cisticola –
We drove further along the road and went along Cornwallis Lane, then came back, and spotted the Kite perched on the wires –
After it flew away, we headed to Pughs Lagoon at Richmond.
