Wolli Creek Fungi – 30 May 2025

I had visited Ferndale Park at Chatswood in the morning, and was now visiting Wolli Creek Regional Park. I wanted an update on the fungi from a few days earlier on my previous visit.

Here are some that I found –

Entoloma virescens group

Geoglossum sp.

Hygrocybe taekeri

This was the same mushroom, I had seen on the previous trip. It had now grown a bit larger.

Another cluster I had photographed earlier – Gliophorus graminicolor

I found a new Humidicutis viridimagentea

And here is the one I had found before. It is now a lot more magenta in colur.

Clavaria fragilis

Ramariopsis crocea

Now new Hygrocybe aurantipes. Here is the only (old) one I spotted –

Cuphophyllus austropratensis
