I joined the Tempe Birdos for their monthly survey. After meeting at the lower pond at Tempe Wetlands, I joined the group that surveyed at Tempe Reserve.

The first few photos below were taken at the Wetlands before the groups separated.

The tow groups then combined and had morning tea at Tempe Reserve. After this, I walked part way home along the Cooks River. Here are a few more photos.

In Gough Whitlam Park, i heard commotion made my Noisy Miners and went over to investigate and spotted a Channel-billed Cuckoo –

It was being harassed by Noisy Miners –

It was then joined by a second Channel-billed Cuckoo.

Now, they get harassed by a Currawong –
