Wolli Creek Fungi – 9 May 2026

I visited Wolli Creek Regional Park in the afternoon, and found very little fungi out. I walked from Girrahween Park to Turrella Reserve.

The only fungi I photographed, were the same green waxcaps I had seen a week earlier. They are in a moist place under a cliff.

Gliophorus graminicolor

And here is a closer view showing two organisms living under the cap. The larger one is perhaps a False Scorpion.
