This was another visit to Wolli Creek Regional Park to see how the fungi was going. I started from near Earlwood and went upstream to Paperbark Creek to check out one particular spot, and after not finding any fungi, I turned around and walked downstream. I walked all the way down to Tempe on this visit.

The Birds Nest Fungi was found in new mulch at Waterworth Park.
Now for some orchids –
Nodding Greenhood Orchid – Pterostylis nutans
Trim Greenhood Orchid – Pterostylis concinna
And there has been a lot of new track work. This awkward step has been fixed near Turella Reserve (on the Nannygoat Hill side)
Sheep grazing at Turrella Reserve? No – Australian White Ibis’s foraging.
The major new track work is between Turrella Reserve and Jackson Place.
It’s concerning to see this bit washed out.
