I was fortunate to be able to join some other birds watchers and photographers on a trip to the Wollondilly Valley to observe an photograph some birds.

Eastern Yellow Robin
We had great day and saw quite a few species. Here is some of what we saw –
Flying overhead – a Wedged Tailed Eagle –
On the River, a Crested Grebe –
And flying down the river, a Darter –
A Rock Warbler –
An Australasian Pipit –
Lots of Jacky Winters –
An Eastern Yellow Robin –
A Brown Treecreeper –
A Golden Whistler –
Red Browed Finches –
And a Little Eagle –
And also some kangaroos –
