Lots of Fungi at Bola Creek – 16 June 2020

I visited Bola Creek again to see what fungi was out. I walked down the Couranga Track from Waterfall and returned the same way. During my visit I found a fair amount of fungi out, including many species of waxcaps.

Here are some of the waxcaps –

Hygrocybe virginea

Hygrocybe aurantiopallens

Gliophorus graminicolor

Porpolomopsis lewelliniae

Hygrocybe apricosa

Perhaps Gliophorus pseudograminicolor

Hygrocybe austropratensis

Gliophorus sp.

Hygrocybe anomola

Hygrocybe lilaceolamellata

Hygrophorus involutus

And now for some of the red waxcaps.

Hygrocybe sp.

Hygrocybe cantherellus

Hygrocybe collucera

This one may be Hygrocybe bolensis –

Hygrocybe collucera

Hygrocybe sp.

Hygrocybe erythrocrenata

Here are some Hygrocybe anomola and perhaps Hygrocybe roseoflavida

Humidicutis helicoides

Hygrocybe sp.

I spotted this cluster on the way out – on the Couranga Track. Hygrocybe sp.

And now for some of the other fungi –

This one used to be called Cordyceps gunnii, it is now called Drechmeria gunnii

I was surprised to see three growing in a cluster. I wonder if they all have the one host or three separate hosts?

Trichoglossum hirsutum

Clavulinopsis fusiformis

Clavulinopsis amoena

This spine fungus growing on a log is still present –

Some Jelly Babies – Leotia lubrica

This may be Mycena aff. adonis

Perhaps Clavaria aff. falcata

Clavaria zollingeri

Urnula campylospora

Pseudohydum gelatinosum

Tremellodendropsis pusio

Ramariopsis ramariodes

Ramaria sp.

Clavaria zollingeri

And a few more from the Couranga Track –

Ileodictyon gracile

Ramaria anziana

And some orchids –
