I joined in on the bird survey along The Greenway between Taverners Hill and Hawthorne Light Rail Stations. The group meets at the Tavernerns Hill Station at 7:30 am.

This survey was unusually poor for photography. We saw lot more birds than I was able to photograph – including Honeyeaters and Spotted Pardalotes.

And a Welcome Swallow –

On the survey, we did see a lot of Common Mynas.
As usual we finished with morning tea at the cafe near Hawthorne Station.
