Birdwood Gully Fungi – 8 May 2023

I was  keen to have another look at the fungi at Springwood, and so decided to visit Birdwood Gully again. Conditions were reasonable, but it was starting to dry out. And there was some fresh fungi.

Walking down the track from Boland Avenue, I spotted a few red waxcaps – Hygrocybe sp. –

And a few Greenhood Orchids
