Walking friend Judy had suggested a walk on this day, and I suggested the Forest Path in Royal National Park could be good. The weather was not too kind – we did have some light rain, but we had a pleasant time. We also found a reasonable amount of fungi out.

In our party was Judy, Sue, Valerie and Derek.
Here is some of the fungi we spotted along the Forest Path and also at Bola Creek.
Clavaria zollingeri

Thus one seems to be food for a native snail (Meridolum marshalli) which is only found near the hacking River in Royal National Park. (Thanks to Jessica Herder for the i.d.).
