I headed down to Bola Creek in Royal National Park for a field study with the Sydney Fungal Studies Group. It was late in the fungi season, but there had been plenty of rain recently.

We had an enthusiastic group along for the field study, including some attendees from Friends of of Royal National Park. We did not observe a huge abundance of fungi, although we did spot some interesting species.
