I met Sue very early in the morning at Bondi Junction, and we travelled by bus to Bondi Beach in time for sunrise. We were visiting Sculpture By The Sea.
But, when we arrived, there was no sunrise. There was a large could bank in the eastern horizon. And was it quiet? No. There were hundred of coastal runners on the path.

There seemed to be a lot less artworks than previous years. We later heard a number of sculptures from Japan had been delayed by a typhoon.
