I made another trip to visit some of the birds in Wolli Creek Regional Park.

Here are some photos –
White-browed Scrubwren

Red Wattlebird

Brown Gerygone

New Holland Honeyeater

Superb Fairy-wren

Sacred Kingfisher
I then visited where I had observed the Sacred Kingfisher nest on my previous visit. It was quiet, but then I heard the call of a Sacred Kingfisher not too far way. It then flew down closer with some food – a skink’s tail.

It then flew over to the nest hollow with the food –

It looks like the food was either rejected or not needed at the nest.
