Bushwalking friend Elaine had organised catch up brunch at Engadine. After a great feast, most of the party (Valerie, Brian, Elaine and myself) headed off to the shore of Botany Bay neat Taren Point to see what birds were around. The tide was low.
We first went to the Taren Point Shorebird Reserve. then wandered along to the shared platform at Woollooware Bay. Here is a selection of photos of the birds we saw –
