More Birds at Tempe – 15 October 2018

I wandered down to the local wetlands at Tempe for an hour or two of bird photography. Quite a few honeyeaters were out.

Spotted Pardalote

Here are some that I saw – 

Yellow-faced Honeyeater

 

New Holland Honeyeater

White-plumed Honeyeater

White-naped Honeyeater 

There was also a few Reed Warblers around – hiding in the reeds, as they do.

As well, I spotted a Spotted Pardalote sitting on a branch at low level, waiting to check if it was all clear for it to go into its nest hole.

I also saw quite a few Red-browed Finches. Here is one –

And some of the other birds –

Super Fairy-wren

Little Wattlebird

Common Myna

White-faced Heron

And there were quite a few lizards out –
