My friend Sue had recently spotted a pair of Powerful Owls resident in the Royal Botanic Gardens in Sydney. So I joined her on a visit to the gardens to see if we could spot them.
We soon spotted them, and both were perched close together.
It’s hard with the dark foliage to get good photos of them.
It was nice to see these magnificent birds in such an accessible place.
