I was visiting my sister and brother in law at Hazelbrook, and while there, I photographed some of the birds on their block.
The main bird I photographed was a male Satin Bowerbird that was at its bower. There were also at least two female Satin Bowerbirds nearby, but I did not get any good photos of them.
Here is the male and his bower –
Every morning, it inspects the bower, adjusting bits of it, and adding the odd stick.
A pair of Eastern Spinebills appeared. Here is one of them gathering nesting materials –

Here is a rather poor looking Sulphur Crested Cockatoo.
It probably has Beak and Feather disease.
The Satin Bowerbird was moving one of his prize objects – a blue bottle cap.
