Fungi and Slime Moulds at Bola Creek – 27 March 2021

It was nice to attend the first field study of the year of the Sydney Fungal Studies Group Inc, held at Bola Creek in Royal National Park. On the day, we found an interesting selection of fungi and slime moulds.

Hygrocybe astatogala

I walked down from Waterfall Station via the Couranga Track to meet the group at Lady Carrington Drive. On the way down I was on the lookout for orchids and fungi. I only found one orchid – a Greenhood Orchid
